Cellulite knows no Boundaries - All Races and Backgrounds Can Get It
There are lots of people worldwide who are becoming victims of cellulite. Cellulite
can happen at any age, no matter what your weight, height or gender.
It may result in deposits of fat on thighs, buttocks and many other
parts of the body. Cellulite is not restricted to any particular
geographical region or any specific season, it can happen to anyone
but mostly to ones with a family history of cellulite.
Body fat is found around muscle tissue and bones, but cellulite is found below
the surface of the skin. So, even though by eating properly and
exercising we can reduce the body fat, it's not the same process
for cellulite. Cellulite can not be cured or kept from showing up
anywhere on a person's body, but that does not mean that a person
should not exercise regularly and have a healthy diet.
The main cause for cellulite development to be discovered till
date is genes. So, if your parents or your family has a history
of cellulite, chances are that you will also have it, regardless
of your diet or lifestyle. Also, due to hormone imbalances, cellulite
production increases. This explains why more women suffer from it
than men since women's hormones change all the time. Women's hormone
levels are normally altered by illness, pregnancy, or menstrual
cycles.
There are many ways followed by people to treat or check the process
of cellulite development. In most parts of the world, people have
very limited purchasing power to spend or rather waste money on
trying to rid themselves of cellulite. Of course there are people
who can afford such expensive treatments to remove cellulite, but
to their disappointment, most of these treatments are not effective,
or have to be repeated quite a number of times for visible results.
Unfortunately they spend their money in such treatments in the
false hope that they can miraculously cure cellulite. However the
problem in this case will be that the cellulite development will
inevitably reappear, resulting in further expensive treatments.
It is important for everyone to remember that exercise and healthy
food is essential at all points of life even without the problem
of cellulite. Once one is suffering from cellulite, there is lack
of confidence and severe depression leading to more illnesses. Cellulite
makes a person very self - conscious about himself / herself. One
may tend to be uncomfortable in social gatherings or other social
activities. So, to be at least presentable the person has to go
with long clothes covering the cellulite affected area.
Cellulite will not disappear permanently but can get worse. Anyone
can develop cellulite. Since the main cause of cellulite is in the
genes, experts are intent on discovering more about cellulite development.
Only then can people, especially women, be rid of cellulite. In
the meantime, one should ensure healthy living by exercising regularly
and maintaining a health diet of vegetables and fruits. The main
objective is to be stress free and be relaxed enough so that we
can deal better with cellulite.
