Beauty Blahs Cellulite is on Almost Every Woman's Hit List
Development of cellulite on the thigh, buttock area or any other part of the
body is a woman's worst nightmare come true. The reasons of cellulite
development may be many; prominent among them is aging, gaining
weight, or childbirth etc. But the important fact is that most women
will experience it at some point of their life but they cannot do
much about stopping the process or even avoiding it. But what they
can do is to reduce the appearance of cellulite through application
of creams and lotions, taking caffeine injections etc.
Most women suffering from this skin phenomena will choose to ignore this or
try to hide it by keeping it out of sight like for example by wearing
pants to hide the cellulite from others and rarely wearing short
clothes or bathing suits without a wrap around it. On the other
hand, there are some women who try out a variety of creams and lotions
available readily in the market to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
These creams are dehydrating in nature but they should be applied
every day or the effect on the cellulite - affected area will disappear.
This is because cellulite develops as a result of the presence of
fat in the skin rather than the muscles due to which applying creams
will not result in permanent solution to the cellulite problem and
will not be as helpful in removing the fat as cosmetic surgery would.
Such a surgery where an incision is made in the cellulite - affected
area is known as liposuction. Here, a small tube is inserted into
the cellulite - affected area and the cellulite that is entirely
made up of fat, is sucked out. In order to completely get rid of
cellulite, the operation needs to be performed at least two to three
times. After liposuction, women can be freer about their choices
in clothing and can easily wear short clothes or shorts etc. The
surgery needs to be repeated often enough since the cellulite development
most definitely returns after a while, making this quite an expensive
procedure.
Having a healthy diet and exercising regularly will help prevent
cellulite to a certain extent. But even though you can hope to keep
cellulite at bay by exercising and eating properly, most women in
their lifetime will see the effects of it since one of its main
causes is hereditary genes. So, with age there are higher chances
of you getting cellulite. You can turn to cosmetic surgery as a
way to tackle this but the problem is that liposuction cannot be
performed on every woman, especially those with any sort of heart
related or blood pressure related diseases. So you should consult
a doctor before going for liposuction.
Women should tackle cellulite development with a health diet, proper
clothing, exercising regularly and going for a cosmetic surgery
if absolutely essential. But they have to remember that cellulite
development can happen to anyone and they can do very little to
actually prevent it. Remember, a healthy woman will always be considered
attractive.
